Hire Service :

For those staying in our Beechwood units, linen will be required. You can either bring your own or hire it from us. Towels can also be hired but tea towels are not supplied.

Dogs :

A limited number of Hazelwood and Elmwood units have been set aside for families who would like to holiday with their pet dogs. There is a maximum of two dogs per unit.

£ 25 per dog pw or part week

There is a 4 berth and a 5 berth dog friendly Lodge and the charge is £10 per dog pw or part week.

Cancellation Protection :

We strongly recommend you take out Cancellation Insurance to protect you if something prevents you from taking your holiday. See the full details in our Terms and conditions. (Not available for Lodges)

Have you decided which accommodation you would prefer? Have you checked its availability? Now have a look at our prices.

Firstly check our price list for the accommodation price. Include any charges for bringing a dog(s) with you if they are part of your party. Work out if you qualify for any special offers, and then take off any discount that you are entitled to. Lodges are privately owned and do not quailify for any special offers. We recommend you take out cancellation protection in case you need to cancel your holiday. Finally add any hire charges that are relevant.

Things can get a little complicated so to simplify things telephone 01626 865005 and we will give you a quote over the phone.

Cancelllation Protection

For this premium, Hazelwood Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation Insurance fee) provided we receive written confirmation of cancellation of the entire party at least 56 before the commencement of your holiday.

If you cancel your holiday between 56 days prior to arrival and your arrival date Hazelwood Park will refund if cancellation is due to any of the following:

• Death to a named member of the booked party,
• Serious illness to a named member of the booked party, or
• Redundancy to a named member of the booked party.
• Fire, flooding, subsidence or malicious damage rendering your home uninhabitable.

Please note that the claim must be in writing and supported by the relevant documents. Our acknowledgement is evidence of having received your notification.

Please note Hazelwood Park's cancellation scheme covers you until you arrive on site after which refunds cannot be given if for any reason you leave early. You may wish to take out your own holiday insurance to cover this.
