For those who want something a bit special we can offer Lodge holidays homes.

These lovely holiday Lodges are very exclusive and can be booked almost all year round. They are fully double glazed and centrally heated and have beautiful fixtures and fittings.

We currently have 6 berth and 4 berth Lodges on our books and price start from just £160 for a short break. For further descriptions of the different lodges and availability call 01626 865005.

We act as agents for the owners of these Holiday Lodges and they are subject to different terms and conditions. They are not eligible for the same discounts, offers or insurance cover as the Hazelwood, Elmwood and Beechwood accommodations. A £50 refundable 'good house keeping bond' is required as part of the booking. We advise you to take out your own holiday insurance policy.

After the end of September the Park facilities that remain open are: the Fishing Lakes, Laundrette, On-site Shop, and Reception. The swimming pool and the Club House are open in the spring and summer months. Don't worry, Dawlish Warren has 3 pubs and shops which remain open all winter and of course the nature reserve and beaches are open all year round.
