pay by card or make a provisional booking and follow it up with
a cheque in the post. (we charge a 1% surchage
for credit cards but debit cards are free).

Online: For those wishing to book a WEEK or
TWO WEEK long holiday you can do so online now. This process is
secure and payment can be made online. Each online booking is
processed manually by our staff so any subsequent queries can
be ironed out with a phone call. Special
offer: FREE cancellation
insurance (worth £10) and no credit
card surcharge if you book online.
Make
an online provisonal booking: Want
to pencil your name in? We're quite happy to reserve accommodation
for you while you think about it. Fill in our online
booking request form and
someone will contact you. This is the only method to book SHORT
BREAKS online.
Anyone who makes a booking with
Hazelwood Park must be over 18 years of age. We do not normally
accept bookings where more than half the party are aged 17 -25 years
(see below for our full terms and conditions). Hazelwood Park accepts
family groups and couples; unfortunately we do not accept single
sex groups.
We require a deposit of £50
per week or short break booking. Likewise for a fortnight's holiday
we would require a deposit of £50 + £50 = £100.
Full payment for the holiday is then required at least 56 days before
you arrive. If you make a booking for a holiday which is less than
56 days away we require the full payment.
How to
pay for your holiday - We accept all major credit and
debit cards, cheques and postal orders. We do not accept cheques
for bookings made less than 2 weeks before the start of a holiday.
There is a 1.0% surcharge for using a credit card by telephone but
debit cards, cheque and online credit card transactions are free
of surcharge.
If you would like to pay for you
holiday by cheque make it payable to 'Hazelwood Park' and send it
to Hazelwood Park, Dawlish Warren, Devon, EX7 0PF. (Please write
your telephone booking reference number on the back.)
