Because our holiday homes are mobile
homes and not made of bricks and mortar a standard mortgage is not
usually available. You can, of course, remortgage your permanent
residence to raise money, alternatively use a finance house.

Currently they offer a maximum loan
amount of 80% of the cost of the home over a maximum of 15 years
and the application form is available on their website.
