Letting accommodation is something
that Hazelwood Park has been doing for over 45 years and we would
simply add your home to our books. You can let us know which weeks
you want to block out for use by you, your friends and family and
we will take bookings for the remaining weeks. Although there are
no guarantees that we will let your accommodation especially in
the quieter periods, we should have no problems taking bookings
for the main summer season of June - September.
Depending on the number of people
your holiday home can sleep you can expect to receive £765
- £985 per week in July and August. When we meet you we will
discuss with you what the possible earning capacity of a particular
home might be. Letting your home could earn you £20,000 a
year.
There are certain fees involved
in a buy to let scheme. Hazelwood Park will
take a commission from all monies earned from letting your holiday
home. For this we will take care of all the administration, leaflets,
advertising on the internet, and online booking.
For a small fee we will take care
of the cleaning of the unit and we will also organise the cleaning
of the bed linen. Don't worry, we can also take care of any emergency
maintenance issues with our on-site staff.
