From the North:
The M5 and the A30 meet at Exeter.
If you are on the A30 join the M5 South. This route takes you in
to the beautiful countryside behind Dawlish Warren. It is a scenic
route and will save you time in the height of the summer when the
traffic queues build up though the narrow high street in Starcross.
